We offer the landlord a fixed monthly rent that’s paid every month – regardless of occupancy or any issues.

We renovate the property if needed and fully furnish it to a high, show-home standard – ready for professional use.

Business Client Placement
We place carefully selected business clients in the property (e.g. corporate staff, contractors, relocation clients). The landlord has no involvement.

Full Management
We handle all aspects of management – including maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and client support – with no hassle for the landlord.

Guaranteed Rent Paid Monthly
The landlord receives the agreed rent every month, on time, with no voids or rent issues.

End of Term
At the end of the agreement, we either renew or return the property in excellent condition.
